- Provide the following with Financial Reporting: Balance Sheet, Profit/ Loss Statements, Budget Statements, Accounts Receivable Statements, Past Debt Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Bank Statements, Delinquency Reports, and a Check Register for the month.
- Prepare, review, and analyze these reports, to assure accuracy.
- Maintain and provide these reports electronically or by hard copy.
- Collect and deposit all dues and assessments the week received.
- Maintain and analyze Association’s operating and reserve accounts in an interest bearing account.
- Prepare year end tax return, followed with overseeing audit for Associations in need.
- Prepare and mail coupons, statements, and invoices for all clients.
- Assist with HOA Lawyer in collection of past debt accounts, whether new or old.
- Will follow the budget in processing and paying all expenses incurred with the Association that are allowed and approved by the Board.
- Will create an accurate budget with updated software to follow closely with Associations needs.
- Will have special meetings to approve budget with board members sixty (60) days prior to annual meeting, to insure accuracy for the fiscal year.
- Make recommendations to board on any financial matter.
